As Rupu Made products are individually made to order (personalized), they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing rupumade@inbox.lv, and include:

• your order number

• a brief description of the issue

• photos of the product

If the defect is confirmed, we will offer:

• a replacement product, or

• a refund

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
