Production Time

Each Rupu Made item is individually made to order.

The production time is usually 1–3 business days, depending on the order volume and the selected personalization.

Delivery

After production, the order is handed over for delivery.

Delivery within Latvia usually takes 1–3 business days.
Delivery to other countries may take longer.

Important Information

As items are individually personalized, they cannot be exchanged or returned, unless a manufacturing defect is found.

Holiday Periods

During holiday seasons (such as Christmas or other busy periods) and Black Friday sales, the order volume may be higher than usual.

During these times:

• production time may be slightly longer,

• delivery times may be extended due to reasons beyond our control.
